Bauman Moscow State Technical indicator University is one of a oldest & large Russian training institutions offering M.S. & Ph.D. - level degrees around various engeening fields & applied sciences.

History
University was established within 1830 as Imperial Vocational School (Remeslennoe Uchilische) by a order of Emperor Nicholas I. It was renamed around 1868 to Imperial Moscow Technical School, so fallowing 1917 revolution to Moscow Highest Technical indicator School (MHTS). The total of search institutes like TsAGI was created from laboratories & departments of MHTS inside 1930. A leftover school was known as Bauman Moscow Mechanical and Machine Construction Institute. A title MHTS was returned inside 1943. A todays title was given inside 1989.
